In the production plant of Frauenthal Automotive, there is a high load on the industrial flooring both by abrasive material and by the handling of very heavy loads. Sheet metal falls on the floor, it is traversed by forklifts and welding operations are carried out as well. The Densitop MT industrial floor can withstand all this.

In the area of the refrigeration plant and cold store of the customer, we applied the Densitop MT system, which is resistant to extreme mechanical loads (including falling steel hooks), chemical loads, cleaning agents, steam and extreme temperature differences.

Mürdter Dvořák Olšany u Prostějova

We designed and applied a flooring system for the customer with high mechanical resistance to busy forklift traffic and the handling of gitterboxes. Its long service life is another important feature. Furthermore, we provided a solution for the transition between the existing and the new hall by installing an expansion profile.

Atek Moravská Třebová

Because of the problematic substrate, we placed the floor slab on HLV micropiles and provided it with double reinforcement. We provided it with foundations under the cranes and kardex. For the transitions between the foundations, we used special expansion profiles. The colour solution is according to the customer’s wishes.

Bachan Blatnice pod Svatým Antonínkem

We met the customer’s requirement for a short construction time. The applied system is easy to clean and resistant to impact, abrasion and hot wheels from furnaces with a temperature of up to 240 °C. The anti-slip remains unchanged throughout the service life of the floor.

Phillip Morris Kutná Hora

The customer required a floor with a high resistance to frequent forklift traffic with a long service life and a short construction time. We met its requirements by applying the Densitop MT system.

SC Metal Přibyslav

We applied the floor for the customer in the production and storage hall under the rack rail system for steel coils and sheets. The main requirement was to achieve a high mechanical resistance to extreme loads weighing up to 500 tons.

Centropen Dačice

We applied both the Densitop MT system and the Densitop MT AS system for the customer. We fulfilled the requirements for high mechanical resistance, resistance to the formation of friction burn marks from forklift wheel skids, the quick application of the floor, antistatic properties and a long service life.
